Stefania Servili è nata a Roma e cresciuta a Visso, è tornata a vivere in questo paese - sede del Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini - dopo aver trascorso molti anni nella Capitale, dove si è diplomata all'Istituto Europeo di Design. Fotografa professionista dal 1983, ha iniziato una intensa collaborazione con l'Agenzia fotografica "Il Dagherrotipo", con la quale ha realizzato servizi per le maggiori riviste di settore geografico e turistico italiane ed estere, tra cui "Bell'Italia", "Dove", "I viaggi di Repubblica", "Meridiani" ecc.
Fotografa eclettica, predilige la foto naturalistica e di paesaggio, attraverso la quale riesce ad esprimere tutta la sua passione per la natura e per i Sibillini, trasmettendo, di volta in volta, la poesia dei luoghi, gli aspetti selvaggi, la magia dei colori, con uno stile pulito ed immediato.
Collabora con la Carsa Edizioni, pubblicando immagini in libri, calendari e mostre. Tra i lavori realizzati sul territorio dei Monti Sibillini si ricordano la "Guida al Parco Nazionale", il Museo sul Paesaggio (Antropogeografico) di Amandola, l'Ecomuseo di Castelsantangelo sul Nera.
Per il Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini ha realizzato il Calendario del 1997, 2003 e 2007, un audiovisivo sull'ambiente ed alcune copertine per la rivista "Voci dal Parco".
